LBJ was President ? I beg to differ: I learned my typing when JFK was President. For the record: one space after a comma and a semi colon. Two spaces after a colon and a period.

As far as watching is concerned; I find the shotput particularly dull as the athlete moves very little and the result of their monumental effort is a resounding thud.

I was taught to use 2 spaces in HS but recently read that it was based on older typesetting equipment and is no longer needed. I’ve gone to single spacing and nothing bad has happened.
