Holtwhites Bakery at 5:00 a.m. is a lively place. Even though extremely busy, owners/operators Richard and Kate and their staff took the time to explain their artisan baking processes, answer our questions, and make room for us to take pictures.

At Holtwhites they are working flat out, practically around the clock, until Christmas Eve to full all the holiday orders — for example 5,000 orders for Christmas Puddings.
