I am a bit concerned about the variability of your use of spelling concerning Duct Tape. How can you be taken seriously when you describe an event as the Duck tape Festival, when you mean Duct tape? Seriously, you are dealing with Americans and we already know how confusing the real world is for them.
We need to add something to that post — “duck” or “duct” tape, which is it? A topic for lively discussions by dull men.
I think the proper word is “duct,” that it’s called “duck” for the festival as that’s the name of the company in Akron.
