Dull Men exercising: favorite exercises are strolling, sauntering, meandering. They also amble. Jogging is OK, is slowly. But treadmills should be avoided:
No sweat. I already abhor treadmills. I live in a squirrel cage..!
Is cycling OK? Whenever I cycle (not very often), I cycle at a slow pace, in a high gear and I manage about 8-10mph on the flat.
I chose my bicycle because it’s not too garish. No suspension either- the air in the tyres is enough.
