Our more hirsute members may be interested to know about the World Beard and Moustache Championships held recently in Trondheim, Norway. Some people have suggested that competitive beard growing could be a sport but it sounds rather too strenuous to me.

First of all, I should mention that you sent me to my dictionary. “Hirsute’? I now know it means “covered with hair.”
Beard growing a sport? Probably does not qualify as sport. But something it does qualify for: listing on our Safe Excitement page. We’ll get it up there soon.
Beard growing is a perfect activity for dull men. It requires patience, a trait dull men have an abundance of.
We’re also putting this on our Calendar of Events page. I wonder what the event’s date for 2012 will be?
