Dear DMC,
I liked the quote from writer Fran Lebowitz in Newsweek (June 6) about her summer vacation plans:
“I wait for other people to leave. That’s my vacation.”
I feel the same, especially here in New York. Once the undull people leave for the Hamptons, the Cape, Bar Harbor, and beyond, the city becomes a more comfortable (duller) place to be. Less traffic and easier to get into movies and restaurants.
That’s when “INew York” even more.
